IMAGINATIVE PLAY
Come and visit a magical enchanted forest at Hocus Pocus Play. What will you discover as you visit the houses and glades of our imaginative play area?
Listen to a familiar fairy tale being told in our storytelling house, discover a new favourite, or create your own in our fairytale house.
Food from the Magic Beans Cafe is available in the play area, with plenty of seating for adults and children. Hot food, including all day breakfasts and daily specials, is available daily until 2pm with drinks and cakes until close.

Play Prices
We currently run two 2-hour sessions on week days and at weekends. From Wednesday to Friday our sessions are 9:30 to 11:30am and 12:30-2:30pm. On weekends our sessions are 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm. All sessions will need to be booked online in advance but for late notice bookings you can call to check availability.
To give everyone plenty of space for comfort and social distancing we have limited our maximum occupancy to 40 people per session, including adults and children.
In celebration of our cafe refit, we are offering a 20% reduction on entry prices until Mon 30th June.

We’re About The Little People…
UNIQUE PLAY
Take a step away from traditional soft play to come and visit our forest-themed interactive play area. Designed to stimulate children’s imagination and creative skills, with storytelling, lights and interactive items to intrigue and delight.
PRACTICAL LEARNING
Children learn through experiencing and interacting with the world around them. In our magical forest there are many exciting triggers and interactions to encourage experimentation and investigation.
PARENTS WELCOME
The play area includes seating areas for accompanying adults. Food and drinks are available from the adjacent Magic Beans Cafe.
REGULAR EVENTS
Coming soon! We plan to host regular spots such as reduced volume sessions for children who benefit from a calmer environment plus plans are afoot for a creche and other activities.
By far the best play area I’ve ever been to, and we’ve been to a lot. There are so many things to explore and I love the interactive play. It’s very, very well designed. The menu is lovely and food is good. We spent a good 3 hours there and my 3 years old didn’t want to leave. Even my 5 month old enjoyed it.
Lovely little place, especially for kids with sensory needs. Our son loves it here, there’s lots of places for him to hide when he gets overwhelmed.
